Return & Replacement Policy

1. No Return Policy

Pallavai does not accept returns or refunds once an order has been delivered. All purchases made through pallavai.com are final unless the product qualifies for a replacement under the conditions below.

2. Replacement for Size Issues

We provide replacement only for size-related issues.

Conditions:

• Replacement request must be made within 7 days of delivery
• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
• All tags, packaging, and labels must remain intact
• Customers will be responsible for return shipping unless the issue is from our side

3. Damaged / Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may request a replacement.

Requirements:

• An unboxing video is mandatory, showing the package being opened from start to finish
• The video must clearly show the package condition and the issue with the product
• Requests without a valid unboxing video may not be accepted

4. Replacement Approval

Once your request and video are verified:

• The product will be replaced with the same item or correct size, depending on availability
• If the item is out of stock, store credit or an alternative product may be offered
• Replacement is processed within 7 days of verification

5. Non-Eligible Items

Replacement requests will not be accepted if:

• The product has been used, washed, or altered
• The request is made after 7 days of delivery
• The unboxing video is missing for damaged or incorrect products
