1. No Return Policy

Pallavai does not accept returns or refunds once an order has been delivered.

All purchases made through pallavai.com are final unless the product qualifies for a replacement under the conditions below.

2. Replacement for Size Issues

We provide replacement only for size-related issues.

Conditions:

  • Replacement request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • All tags, packaging, and labels must remain intact.
  • Customers will be responsible for shipping the product back unless the issue is from our side.

3. Damaged / Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may request a replacement.

Requirements:

  • An unboxing video is mandatory showing the package being opened from start to finish.
  • The video must clearly show the package condition and the issue with the product.
  • Requests without a valid unboxing video may not be accepted.

4. Replacement Approval

Once we verify your request:

  • The product will be replaced with the same item or correct size depending on availability.
  • If the item is out of stock, store credit or an alternative product may be offered.

5. Non-Eligible Items

Replacement requests will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been used, washed, or altered.
  • The request is made after the allowed time period.
  • The unboxing video is missing for damaged or incorrect products.
